Six solutions to try out

The examples show the kind of work we do, not real clients: every company, name and figure is invented. In your case the data comes from your own systems, and the solution runs in your accounts.

Visual analysis and dashboards

Your key figures at a glance

Today

The figures sit in several programs and Excel lists. Anyone who wants an overview has to ask around or build it themselves on a Friday evening.

Afterwards

A dashboard pulls the figures from your systems every day, shows how they develop and flags what needs attention.

Suits
property managers, accounting firms, trade, building services
Scope
dashboard, fixed price CHF 4,900–8,900

Switch the industry above the figures. Hover over the charts, or select them with the Tab key and use the arrow keys, to see individual values.

Workflow automation

Read, check and pre-code receipts

Today

Invoices arrive by email, by post and as photos. Someone types in supplier, amount and VAT and looks up the right account.

Afterwards

Each receipt is read, the total, VAT and duplicates are checked, and a draft booking is ready. Anything that does not fit goes onto a review list with the reason.

Suits
accounting firms, SME bookkeeping, property managers
Scope
one process, fixed price CHF 2,900–6,900
Receipt inbox · Muster Treuhand AGSample data
The second receipt shows an exception: the VAT number is missing, so it goes to a person. The log below records every step.

System integration

Sort requests and send them to the right place

Today

Requests come in by phone, email and form. Someone reads them, sorts them, finds the contractor, writes the order and informs the tenant.

Afterwards

The request is classified, the right contractor receives the order, the tenant a confirmation and the property software an entry. Anything that is not a repair goes to a person.

Suits
property managers, insurance brokers handling claims, service departments
Scope
one process, fixed price CHF 2,900–6,900
Repair requests · Muster Immobilien AGSample data
Choose one of the three requests. The third is not a repair: it goes to the property manager without an automatic order.

Data processing and conversion

Clean up and merge lists

Today

The same company appears several times in different lists, with different spellings, date and number formats. Reports rarely add up at the first attempt.

Afterwards

Consistent formats, merged duplicates, completed details and a short list of the cases a person should clarify.

Suits
anyone who works with Excel lists and exports
Scope
one-off or as part of a process, fixed price by scope
Customer list · three sourcesSample data
Yellow marks what is inconsistent; green what has been cleaned. The postcode fills in town and canton. The cleaned values use Swiss formats.

Reports

Your numbers on Monday at 07:00

Today

The weekly figures are put together by hand when time allows. Changes show up late.

Afterwards

Every Monday a short email arrives with eight figures, the change on the previous week and two or three sentences on what stands out.

Suits
SME management
Scope
one process, fixed price from CHF 2,900
Inbox · managementSample data
Green and red show whether a change is good or bad. More open quotes are neither, so they stay grey.

Forecasts and simulations

Cash over the next 13 weeks, as a range

Today

Cash planning is a spreadsheet with one number per week. How reliable that number is, nobody can say.

Afterwards

The model runs a thousand variants: later payments, fluctuating revenue, large purchases. You see how likely it is to get tight and can change the assumptions yourself.

Suits
SMEs with irregular incoming payments, trade, construction, services
Scope
forecast model, fixed price from CHF 6,900
Cash model · Muster Handels AGSample data
A simplified model with invented figures. In a real model, open items, wages and fixed costs come from your accounting.

How far such models can go is shown by simlearn.ai, a project of our founder’s: a set of interactive simulations that show scientific principles in a clear and engaging way. Most tasks for SMEs are far more down to earth.

Which process costs you the most time?

Describe it in a few sentences. You receive a proposal with a fixed price, free and without obligation.
